Hi, my name is Julie and I'm a fully qualified and registered nutritionist (mBANT, CNHC), and Personal Trainer. I can help you put into place the dietary and lifestyle factors critical to becoming healthier, happier and full of vitality. My approach is evidenced based, realistic, simple and tailored to you.


How I help
Whatever level you are at I can help you gain the benefits of regular physical activity, good nutrition and healthy living.
We start where you are helping you build from a solid foundation with exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits that are appropriate to you, your current fitness level and circumstances.
I can give you the guidance and help you find the motivation to get the results you want.
We can train in your own home or location of choice. Sometimes this is in the local park and the great outdoors.
If you'd like 1-2-1 training outdoors or in the convenience of your own home, or want to improve your fitness and feel better about yourself, don't hesitate to get in touch. I can provide you with the guidance, motivation, support and encouragement to make a difference.

One off personal training session - £30
Package x 10 Personal Training Sessions - £250
Exercise sessions can be carried out alongside Health & Wellbeing Programmes or include regular dietary guidance and reviews for the whole lifestyle package.
