How I help
I help clients tackle poor health and a wide variety of medical conditions naturally through diet and lifestyle. I help you investigate the underlying causes contributing to your symptoms and health concerns, and help you adopt the practices that get you feeling fabulous again!
We start by getting a clear picture of your health by looking at your current diet, lifestyle, medical history, and current symptoms. I will also analyse blood tests and recommend further testing if required to help us formulate a plan of action to get your health back on track.
We will then get you eating in the right way for YOU and your body. I will help you understand what to do and why and support you to put the new habits in place.
My 12 week Health & Wellbeing Programme includes 12 weeks of 1-2-1 health and wellbeing coaching, with regular consultations and coaching calls, to help you get your health where you want it to be.
