Making a super delicious salad


Choose from the lists below and drizzle on a dressing such as squeezed lemon, organic apple cider vinegar or olive oil. Green leafy veg Loads of green leaves – a mixture of rocket, kale, spinach, watercress or maybe some finely chopped cabbage.

Other vegetables Chopped cucumber, pepper, spring onion, alfalfa sprouts. Grated carrot, sweet potato, radish, raw sauerkraut

Fruits Pomegranate, mango, goji berries, sultanas

Fats Avocado.

Olives Nuts and seeds

Protein Chickpeas or other beans. Sprouted beans salmon, mackerel, chicken or any leftover meat or fish from the fridge.

Optional Extras

Rice, quinoa or sweet potato
