How long does it take to improve your health??? 🤔
A question I get asked a lot for good reason! Lets face it we all want to see results quickly!
It's a very difficult one to answer as there are so many factors that will determine how fast you improve your health, lose weight or reduce that health marker but this is my take on it!
🍎🍒🥑Factors such as our genetics, underlying health issues, current health, what you do to improve your health, how you do it, and how much you do it, all play a part in how fast you see results.
**** What I will say however, and what's important to recognise ( and is great for motivation ) is that every decision you make, every time you eat, drink, exercise, go to bed at a decent time, meditate etc, you are improving your health profile. *****
🎊🎉 It's possible to improve your health in as little as a couple of weeks, and you CAN improve your health today by the decisions you make.

It can all get very complicated, which diet, which miracle supplement, but it's the simple things that make the biggest impact, and consistency that will get you results.
