Your mind and body are intrinsically linked meaning what goes on at a biochemical level impacts your mood and psychological wellbeing. In order to restore health we need to address your underlying imbalances, what you eat, your gut health and more.
The VITAL LIFE programme offers a comprehensive 3 step plan incorporating all areas of wellness for all-round physical and mental health.
Your 3 steps to wellness - helping you find your spark
We'll look at blood, urine and saliva testing to identify underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. We can then tailor a personalised plan to maximise your health.
We'll get you eating right to optimise digestion, brain health, nervous system and emotional stability.
In order to nurture all round health and give you the best chance of success we'll help you instil the lifestyle habits important for wellness. We'll look at your exercise, stress management and relaxation among other things for an all round holistic approach.
Before we start you will undergo testing in order for us to identify underlying causes of your symptoms and help us create a bespoke plan for your unique requirements.
We will get you eating right to support a healthy brain, nourish your nervous system, and promote emotional stability. Putting in place the right diet will improve your mood, eliminate mood swings, overeating and cravings.
Restore gut health
There is an intrinsic link between our gut, our microbiome and mental health. Gut health, and the health of our microbiome, is also important for lowering inflammation, a known contributor to poor mental health. We will put into place all the diet and lifestyle factors for a healthy gut and flourishing microbiome.
Exercise & movement.
We will Incorporate balanced and appropriate exercise for an increased sense of wellbeing and confidence.
Stress management & relaxation
We will help you manage stress and maintain a sense of wellbeing with evidenced based practices to help you feel more calm, happy and in control of your emotions.
Mindset & connection
Altering your mindset for happiness. Reconnecting with yourself and others. We will help you find your passion, what gives you joy and sets your heart on fire.
How it works
I have designed this programme to provide all the support you need over a 6 month duration. One to one consultations are available via video call or in-person.
Detailed health questionnaire and food dairy.
An initial consultation lasting around
1 1/2 hours.
Functional testing looking at underlying causes of your symptoms including blood, urine and saliva testing.
Consultations to keep you on track and refine your programme.
Regular evaluations of your symptoms and progress.
A regular food dairy review to educate and help you eat in a way that is realistic and enjoyable for you, as well as compliments your health.
Support in-between via email or messenger.
Understanding, personal and non-judgmental support to help you commit to achieving better health and wellbeing.
